Buying a GSD
Ideally, one should buy a German Shepherd Dog from a registered breeder who has followed the Club's Code of Ethics.
This should give all buyers the best chance of purchasing a dog that is sound in body and mind and which, with the proper care and attention, should be a great companion and loyal friend.
A listing of breeders and current litters is held by the Club and can be used to help prospective buyers in their search for a new canine companion.
You may also find information from the directory in this site once it is fully operational.

Show Home
Many breeders, by the time the puppies are ready to go to a new home, will have identified any puppies which they believe may be outstanding (pick/s of the litter). Naturally, they will be keen to place such pups with owners who are interested in showing/trialling them.
